Codes of Conduct & Rules of Fair Play

Our Club Vision and Mission directs us to address the expectations of behaviour and engagement for all parties in the club.  With that in mind, the Codes of Conduct & Rules of Fair Play, as well as the Social Media Guidelines and Team Travel Policy, set the standard of conduct from Athletes, Parents, Coaches and Administration.

Read through these documents carefully because they have been updated and contain important new information. Spend some time talking with your kid(s) on what each point really means to them.  The understanding of the agreements is of utmost importance for the success of our club as a whole.  Additionally, they form a standard to which we can measure the interaction with the racers on and off snow.

By completing your child or children's online program registration, you indicate that you have read and understood the agreements. After reading and understanding the agreements, please sign and mail in the signature pages from the Codes of Conduct & Rules of Fair Play to the club address stated in the contact page of the website.  Alternatively, you may hand them to our membership chair directly at one of the club events.  The signed forms are mandatory for each child who takes part in our programs and need to be done with each year's program registration.

Please watch this page for the Grouse Tyee Guide for Chaperones, which will be posted shortly.
