U12/14 Fall camp @ Sun Peaks 6 - 9 Dec 2018

  • Option 1: 2 days (weekend only):  $90
  • Option 2: 4 days (Thu - Sun)         $130

The fee covers coaching costs only. There are NO team arrangements for this age group. Families are responsible for transport, accommodation, meals and lift tickets. Please bring your Grouse Y2Play Pass to receive 25% off lift tickets. Buy lift tickets before meeting the coaches. If your child has a Grade 4/5 Snow Pass please bring it.

If you have GS skis bring only GS, otherwise slalom skis.

Meeting time: 8:30 am

Pick-up time: 3:30pm.

Location: front of the main lodge.

There will be a lunch break at approximately 11:30am.

U14: 6 - 9 December 2018

Fees: Accomm deposit: $200 (4 nights x 50)

  • Option 1: $900 for Team Option + lift 12 years under (go to checkout and pay remaining fee)
  • Option 2: $925 for Team Option + lift 13 over (go to checkout and pay remaining fee)
  • Option 3: $350 NO team option (excludes free ski day lift ticket)

The Team Option fee includes bus transportation, accommodation, meals, lane fee 3 days (incl. lift tickets), one day free-skiing lift ticket; and coaching expenses and lift tickets.

The Individual Option fee includes coaching expenses, lane fee 3 days (includes lift tickets). It does not include a lift ticket for the one free-ski day on Dec 6.  Please purchase this for your own child.

U14 Transportation:

Departure is on Wednesday 5 December: the bus leaves from the North Vancouver Superstore (close to 2nd Narrows Bridge) parking lot at 12:00 PM (arrive by 11.40 pm for loading).

Dinner to be served by chaperones at Sun Peaks on Wednesday. Please, bring some money to purchase dinner on Sunday night.

Return is on Sunday, Dec 9, 2017: The bus leaves Sun Peaks around 2:30pm, so expect to meet the bus sometime after 8:00pm at the Superstore parking lot. An email will be sent out before.

U14 Food: Please let us know in advance if your child has food allergies/restrictions.

U14 Packing:

GS and SL skis should be packed. They need to be race tuned as the snow is man-made and very icy. Helmets, goggles, gloves, race suits and all other regular training items need to be packed. All equipment should be checked prior to departure and will not be able to get checked or repaired at Sun Peaks. Please send dryland clothing & running shoes. Also, the athletes may be going to the swimming pool so send along a towel & bathing suit. See our packing list.

  • 1 small duffle bag - clothing, personal items/toiletries, etc (+/-tuning gear)
  • 1 Ski bag - skis and poles
  • 1 Backpack - ski boots, outerwear, speed suit, goggles, helmet, shin guards etc.
  • reusable lunch sac, if you have one (to avoid the cost and waste of disposable lunch bags)  
  • snow boots, touque, “street” gloves etc.
  • runners (for morning warm up in the parking garage)
  • homework, book to read, cards, etc
  • Bathing suit (every condo has a private hot tub)
  • Snacks for bus ride up
  • Money for 2 dinners on the road (Wednesday & Sunday)
  • don’t forget sun screen, hand/toe warmers and poncho so as to be prepared for every eventuality
