Important Reminders - Individual Memberships And Error While Processing Payments

Please read following reminders regarding:

RENEWAL OF INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
and
ERROR MESSAGE WHILE PROCESSING PAYMENT

RENEWAL OF INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
There are two steps of Family Renewal process:

Step 1 - Choose Family Membership AND Step 2 - Renew Individual membership Renewal

Please make sure that the individual membership/insurance is renewed. Individual memberships are needed to complete the renewal process and to register for any Tyee events. . In order to do so please follow these steps:

1. Log in
2. Go to Renewal
3. Click Continue
4. Click on Renew button next to each member you want to renew
5. Go to Checkout and pay for insurance fees

If you have any questions about the registration process or experience technical difficulties, please contact Dijana Mandic at web.admin@grousetyee.com.  Please DO NOT wait until the last minute to register.

ERROR MESSAGE WHILE PROCESSING PAYMENT
If you receive any sort of ERROR message or you are not sure if your payment has been processed or not please contact web.admin@grousetyee.com before attempting another payment. Thank you.
